Baked Asiago Artichoke Dip

Recipe adapted from Jaime Cooks.


1 pound cream cheese, at room temperature
1/3 cup mayonnaise
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

1/3 cup Asiago cheese, shredded
1/3 cup Parmesan cheese, shredded
1 teaspoon garlic, minced
1/4 teaspoon dried thyme
1 cup chopped artichoke hearts (not marinated), drained and coarsely chopped

Fresh bread, sliced and toasted


Preheat oven to 400° F.

In a large mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, mayonnaise, and Worcestershire sauce until smooth.  Fold in the Asiago, Parmesan, garlic, thyme, and artichoke.  In individual ramekins or a large ovenproof dish, add the cheese mixture.  Bake for 10 minutes, and then broil for only a few minutes, until lightly browned.  Serve with your favorite type of sliced, fresh bread.
